Pam Patterson is a native Californian, born and raised in Southern California. She has lived in San Juan Capistrano since 1995. She received a B.A. in Political Science from Whittier College; attended law school where she served on Law Review, Honors Moot Court, and received multiple American Jurisprudence awards; then pursued post-graduate studies in accounting at UCLA. Pam later founded a law firm. She is an active member of the California State Bar and the U.S. Supreme Court Bar.
Pam is very involved in the community and works tirelessly defending the constitutional rights of children with disabilities. Her efforts in Sacramento resulted in Senate Bill (SB-483) to eliminate duplicative assessments of special needs children by multiple agencies to free up funds for treatment and therapy.
She is married to Jim Corbett, the CEO of Alphatec, a medical device company located in Carlsbad; and the mother of five children: Sean, Alex, Brittany, Amelia and Natalie, all raised in San Juan Capistrano.
