The Utilities Department is located at 32450 Paseo Adelanto, adjacent to main City Hall.

The mission of the Utilities Department is to protect health, safety, and welfare by providing a high quality of water and recycled water, the efficient disposal of wastewater and maintenance of storm drains, in an environmentally responsible and cost effective manner.
