Human Resources is a department of the City Manager’s Office. Human Resources implements and maintains a central personnel system for the City, providing guidance and support to all departments for recruitment, selection, classification/salary structures, employee benefits, employee relations, employee training, labor negotiations, performance evaluation, employee development and other personnel programs and processes.
The Human Resources team is committed to developing and maintaining a highly skilled and diverse workforce that prides itself on service excellence. We serve and recruit for positions in the following departments: City Manager, Financial Services, Development Services, Community Services and Utilities.
