CALL TO ORDER: 8:00 a.m. City Hall Council Chambers, 32400 Paseo Adelanto, San Juan Capistrano, CA 92675
ROLL CALL: Dan Merkle (Chairman), Ray Miller (Vice Chairman), Commissioners Alan Freisleben, Lee Goode, and Richard Hartl
PRESENTATIONS: None
COMMISSION REPORTS/ORAL COMMUNICATIONS:
Commissioners may report on information obtained at assigned outside agency meetings at this time. Persons wishing to address the Commission on city business that is not listed on the agenda may do so at this time. Persons wishing to address the Commission on any item that is listed on the Agenda should submit a “Request to Speak” form to the Secretary. Forms are available at the entrance to the Council Chamber. The Chairman will call forward speakers during consideration of each item.

Determine need and take action to agendize item(s) which arose subsequent to the posting of the Agenda. (ROLL CALL VOTE: Adoption of this recommendation requires a four-fifths vote of the Commission, or if less than four-fifths of the Commission Members are present, a unanimous vote).
CONSENT CALENDAR:
Items listed on the Consent Calendar are considered routine and will be enacted by one motion and one vote. There will be no separate discussion of these items. If discussion is desired, then that item may be removed from the Consent Calendar and will be considered separately.
