Exercise classes are held Monday, Wednesday and Friday at the San Juan Community Center. Stretch and Tone Class involves exercises geared at stretching and toning various muscles of the body and begins at 8:30 a.m. Passive and Chair Exercise is the next class which begins at 10:15 a.m., and includes a less strenuous workout, but still stretches and tones all areas of the body. This is are free exercise programs.
