Senior Non-Emergency Medical Transportation Program
The County Office on Aging has developed a program to provide seniors access to non-emergency medical appointments.
Who is Eligible
Must at least 60 years of age
Must not be an OCTA ACCESS client
Must reside in Orange County
What are the Hours
Monday – Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
Service Requirements for Transportation: All transportation services must originate within Orange County. Out of County services must be within 10 miles radius of client’s residence. Maximum trip length not to exceed 15 miles from client’s residence. Eight trips per month per client limit. Riders must schedule trip at least 24 hours in advance. Riders will be charged $2.00 per trip; waiver or exception of fee for low-income clients. Call toll free 1-800-510-2020 for reservations and information.
