City Hall is located in the west side of the City, down the street from the San Juan Post Office, at 32400 Paseo Adelanto.
From I-5 North (coming from San Diego):
Take the Ortega Hwy exit
Turn LEFT on Ortega Highway
Turn LEFT onto Del Obispo Street
Turn LEFT onto Paseo Adelanto
From I-5 South (coming from Los Angeles):
Take the Ortega Hwy exit
Turn RIGHT on Ortega Highway
Turn LEFT onto Del Obispo Street
Turn LEFT onto Paseo Adelanto
City Hall is located at the end of the street and you will find it to your left. There is ample parking available in front of City Hall.
Most city departments are located in the main building of City Hall including the City Managers Office, Water Billing, Human Resources, the City Attorney, Engineering and Building, Planning and Finance. Some departments are located nearby at the City Annex buildings such as the Police and Public Works.

Getting to San Juan Community Center Community Services which handles Parks and Recreation is located in the Community Center at 25925 Camino del Avion, near Marco Forster Middle School, Del Obispo Elementary and the Boys & Girls Clubs of Capistrano Valley.
From I-5 North (coming from San Diego):
Take the Ortega Hwy exit
Turn LEFT on Ortega Highway.
Turn LEFT onto Del Obispo Street.
Turn LEFT onto Alipaz Street.
Turn RIGHT onto Via Postiva
From I-5 South (coming from Los Angeles):
Take the Ortega Hwy exit.
