Municipal Code

The electronic version of the San Juan Capistrano Municipal Code was created in January, 2000 and is updated on a semiannual basis. Between updates, city ordinances may be revised by legislative action, therefore, this electronic version should be used for reference only.

The following Ordinances have been adopted and are in effect, but not included in the published Municipal Code:

Ordinance No. 967 - Urgency Ordinance - Temporary Extension of Promotional Signs for Automobile Dealerships

Ordinance No. 971 - Code Amendment 09-02 - Amending Use Standards for Commercial Businesses with Drive-Through Facilities
Ordinance No. 972 - Establishing a Speed Limit for Avenida Vista Montana
