Habitat for Humanity in San Juan Capistrano
Habitat for Humanity Orange County is developing 27 affordable ownership units in San Juan Capistrano. The organization has received grants from the City of San Juan Capistrano, no-interest loans from the Redevelopment Agency, and raised millions in donations for the development. The first four homes were occupied in July, 2009. The following five homes were occupied in January, 2010. The remaining 18 units are currently being constructed simultaneously and are scheduled to be completed by September 30, 2010.
