The City maintains six various landscape maintenance districts to provide certain maintenance services within the following developments: Tracts 9284 (Seaview), 9382 (Belford Terrace), 8485 (Mission Springs), 7673 (Mission Woods), 9373/7654 (Los Corrales), and Capistrano Royale. The maintenance of the districts is contracted to a number of maintenance companies and billed directly to the City. The total costs to run the districts are assessed annually to the property owners through property taxes.
